  THANKS FROM THE LITTLE RED CAR

  “Just letting you know what a great experience Fred provided in making a new key and remote for my car last Friday..I was pretty stressed after losing all of my keys,,but especially the loss of the key and the remote.I called my local Ford dealership and they recommended Key-X-Press.I made the appointment,but Fred came earlier after his last job.He explained to me about the key code that had expired,but expertly worked around that problem.In no time,I had a new key and remote with another key to be coded if need be. Everything he did from the actual work to attitude of treating the customer the way he,himself would like to be treated,made the experience less stressful.It appeared that he and I come from thye same generation or thereabouts,where consideration of the customer and people in general,is of prime importance,and I felt comfortable that I not only got the best job for my money,but the best possible customer service experience I could've gotten. PLease thank him for this stressed"older lady"in the Lakes neighborhood in Kent,and I have already passed the word that Key-X-Press is the one to call when there are locksmith related problems.Fred ended the call with a hope that we would meet under more pleasant circumstances,and I hope to do business(though not anytime soon,I wish) with your company again,and that my friends and neighbors will do likewise should the need arise.Give my best to Fred.He does our generation proud!”
