“I called Donnell's Safe and Lock after needing my Locks changed quickly. I called several Locksmiths at a very odd time at night. 2:45 a.m Nobody answered their phone. When I called Donnell's I left a message and out of everyone they called me back and was more than happy to come out to my house and rekey all my locks and make me keys onsite.They were very reasonable and fair with their price. I've used other locksmiths in the past and they had hidden charges, but Donnell's did exactly what they said and charged what they said. The guy had his wife with him and she was nice and friendly to talk to. I kind of took advantage and used her as a counselor for my situation I was going through. I felt so much better not only having my last locks changed but having someone who actually cared and listened to me. I can't remember the locksmiths name, but his wifes name was Rachael. Anyways I would and have recommended this company to everyone. ” -

“I locked myself out of my truck at a shopping center near downtown. i could not find a public phone that worked and so I used my new smartphone to access Google. I called two locksmiths but one was too busy and the other did not answer. I got hold of Hook Lock and Key. They came out right away, were fast and professional. I could not find my keys though so they made me two keys at NO COST. Wow! I am telling everyone about this company. great job and affordable too! ”
