  “Wayne gets it done!
  We needed a lock change on our front door. We live in a rural area that's a little hard to find and not on any mapping systems. That didn't deter Wayne! He was here the same day I called and got the lock changed and made extra keys in record time. The key turns way better than it did before. I am very happy with his service, professionalism and kind disposition. Get Wayne for your locks! :)”

  “Highly recommended. Wayne arrived quickly after we called, and provided excellent service helping us install a new deadbolt that wouldn't fit in the door. He also educated us on the inexpensive deadbolt that we had bought from Lowes - how it can be easily broken with a screwdriver (hence defeating the purpose of having one) and upgraded us to a much better one that is secure. In a valley where it's hard to get service companies to even return a call - it's refreshing to have a true professional that answers the phone, arrives quickly, and over-delivers on service.

  “We were in a bind on Christmas Eve--trying to leave but our front door wouldn't lock. Started to call Tri-County Locksmith, but my husband thought he could fix the lock himself, so I hung up before anyone answered. Shortly thereafter, I received a call back from Tri-County Locksmith, and he offered to come out in case my husband needed parts. He arrived almost immediately and ended up replacing the internal mechanism of our lock. He charged us very little and was really nice about having to come on Christmas Eve.
