  “First off their pricing may not be that bad, but the service is in the pitts.When I first spoke to the service rep she sounded like she could have been anywhere else besides where she was. What made me upset is the fact that it's d coldest day it could possible be in houston and after waiting for the locksmith who was suppose to arrive 20-25 mins - he calls me 30 something minutes later to tell me he will b another 15 mins. I told him don't bother and while attempting to explain my reasoning he tells me F-U B!tch!!Call to complain and make sure he was not still in route, the person who took d message acted like he could have care less. Didn't apologize for the rudeness of his worker so I can only image that this is not a 1st time occurance.”
